"Russos Food Service caterers for my program in Brownsville. It is hard to please some older adults especially when you must serve plant-based foods, but we are able to get them to comply with Russo’s meals because of the freshness of the meals. My clients love their salads, vegetables, and rice. My favorite meat dish is Shepard’s Pie. Russo’s gives a great presentation with their catering menu for special affairs such as continental breakfast and platters for festive events. The baked goods-cakes, cupcakes, cornbread and muffins are fresh and tasty."

"Delivery Time / Temperature controlled for food safety. Elijah, deliver patiently sets food on steam table, and cold food in refrigerator to maintain temperature. Food varied and enjoyed with the exception of plant based. We have close contact with Dana, and Jigi who are very cooperative and make changes as requested."
